Dear U.S. Customers,

At present, postal parcel delivery between the USA and the EU is not operating. This is due to the fact that the USA and the EU are awaiting a customs agreement. FedEx and UPS do deliver parcels within the USA; however, the exact cost is difficult to predict in advance. For example, a remote area surcharge can increase the shipping cost by at least 50%, and this only becomes clear when the courier service is booked.
Once the parcel arrives in the USA, customs clearance will take place, which will result in additional costs for the customer.
